Once identified and researched, our team begins the process of designing the solution and how it is going to fix the problem. Lots of thought and process occurs to ensure we are moving in the right direction..

Once the design of the solution is in place, our team begins the process of coding the solution. They utilize best practices to develop a reliable, easy to use interface.

We test all of our solutions in house, and with partner agencies, while the program is in beta. This gives us a real sense as to how it will look. It also gives us great insight into changes that can be made to optimize the solution.

Once we have tested in beta, and received initial feedback, we re-code what is needed and finalize the product for release.

Once finalized for release, we make our solution available to the market and begin the sales process. We don’t spam people, but rather use targeted advertisement methods through social media and traditional media.

This is where we shine. We are in the customer service business! Once a department trusts a BATT3 solution with their problem solving, we will be there for continued support and feedback. We welcome new ideas from our customers, research them, and place the ones we wish to include on the development board for future implementation.

Once the product is successfully launched, we will continue to add features, work on integrations, and keep improving performance. This agile methodology is another advantage to our process.
